Liability and Usage Notes
Coach Buddy is developed with care but provided without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Reminders, timers, notifications, and live activities are aids and may be delayed or fail due to your device's power-saving, background, or system restrictions; responsibility for substitutions, timing, and match decisions remains with you.
All data is stored exclusively on your local device. Resetting the app data, uninstalling the app, or losing the device will permanently and irrecoverably delete this data. Please create backups regularly.
Liability for slight negligence is excluded insofar as no essential contractual obligations are affected. Liability for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions (in particular product liability law) remains unaffected.
